- published rates cover travel from 01/10/2026 to 30/09/2027, with balloon flights operating 1 October to 31 May. the supplied rate sheet lists no holiday uplift for standalone balloon experiences.
- Dubai city hotel pickup and return are included. other pickup areas may require an additional quote.
- balloon flights accept guests aged seven and above. supplier health, safety and weather restrictions apply.
- for bookings of up to four guests, cancellations at least 24 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not refundable. bookings of five or more guests have different group terms, confirmed before payment.
- if the operator cannot start a tour because of weather, an alternative date or refund is offered. individual activities and routes may change with conditions.
